Unopened Products: We accept returns for products that remain unopened and in their original packaging. If you wish to return an unopened product, please ensure you retain your purchase receipt. All returns will be at the customer's expense, meaning you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Opened Products: If the product has been opened, please contact us directly at (615) 283-3454 before initiating a return. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to assist you. In general, opened products are not eligible for return.
